摘要
建立小麦粉中偶氮甲酰胺含量的液相色谱分析方法。小麦粉中偶氮甲酰胺用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺振荡提取,离心过滤后液相色谱仪定量测定。该方法在0-50μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数0.9997;最小检测限为30.2ng/mL,方法回收率在95.3%~101%之间,相对标准偏差小于1.3%。该方法前处理简单、快速,定量准确,灵敏度高,可用于实验室检测小麦粉中偶氮甲酰胺含量。
A method for the determination of azodicarbonamide in wheat flour by high performance liqide chromatography was developed. Azodicarbonamide was extracted by N,N-dimethylformamide and analyzed by HPLC with external standard method. The linear range of the method was 0-50 μg/mL(r=0.9997). The detection limit of azodicarbonamide was 30.2 ng/mL, The recovery of azodicarbonamide was 95.3%-101%. The RSD was 1.3%. It is a simple, rapid, accuracy and featuring high sensetivity method that could be applied in the lab.
