The mechanical structure of a kind of double row reduction type filling capping machine is ex- pounded, and the control system is also described. The filling and capping process of the system is introduced. And the main key points for controlling equipment are described. In addition, according to the simplified model of the container, the location of the floating ball switch which provided reference data for the control of the feed pump was designed.
