摘要
为提高分选秤动态称重选别精度,同时兼顾经济性,提出了5种分选秤电气系统方案,并做较详细的对比,然后进行了试验不确定度分析。结果表明选用无刷直流电机的方案精度高于交流电机方案,从控制实时性方面考虑,采用西泰克6000模块的方案优于采用PLC的方案,综合考虑最优性价比为方案3,最优性能为方案4或方案5。
Having considered economy, to enhance WIM (weighign in motion) precision of check weigh- ers, this paper puts forward five electrical solutions for check weighers and compares them in details. Then it analyzes uncertainty of the test data. The result indicates that the solutions adopting brushless DC motors have higher precision than solutions adopting AC motors, and in terms of real time control, the solutions using weig- hing control module SeTAQ SCW - PLAC - 6000S are better than those using PLCs. In conclusion, the best cost effective solution is solution 3, and the best performance solution is solution 4 or solution 5.
