胸膜恶性肿瘤切除术中Habib 4X凝固电极消融止血效果观察
摘要
胸膜腔内肿瘤大多为恶性,常来自肺内或肺外脏器的转移瘤,或为少见的原发于胸膜的间皮细胞瘤。在胸膜恶性肿瘤手术中,常因瘤体与周围组织粘连严重而造成视野欠清,分离时易出血,有时出血部位较深,难以探查控制,严重影响了患者术后恢复。Habib 4X凝固电极是一种具有止血切割及射频消融功能的一种手术器械。主要应用于肝脏切除手术中,使＂无血切肝＂成为了可能。
