肺癌患者新辅助化疗期间出现肝脏肿物11例诊治体会

摘要 肺癌是目前世界上发病率和病死率最高的恶性肿瘤，且其发病率和病死率仍有上升趋势［1］。手术是目前治疗肺癌的首选方法，但早期肺癌很少有明显的症状，大多数发现时已是进展期，失去了手术治疗的机会。近些年来，术前新辅助化疗让一部分原本失去手术机会的肺癌患者可以进行手术治疗。我们在对肺癌患者进行术前新辅助化疗期间（2011年3月～2014年2月）11例出现肝脏肿物，现结合临床资料将诊治体会总结如下。
