催化裂化柴油管式液相加氢流体流动与混合的研究

摘要 采用高径比约17的管式液相加氢反应器,在实验室中以催化裂化柴油为原料,加氢脱硫幂函数型表观动力学模型为基础,通过反应前加与不加陶瓷膜管混氢器的反应结果来考察流体流动和混合对反应的影响。结果表明:不加混氢器时,管式液相反应器内流体流动偏离平推流模型较大;加混氢器后管式液相反应器内流体流动偏离平推流模型较小,平均相对偏差仅为2.72%;说明造成偏离的主要原因是气液的混合而不是返混;采用轴向扩散模型的偏差与平推流模型相当,说明加混氢器后催化裂化柴油管式液相加氢反应器内流体流动可视为理想平推流。 Based on the reaction data of FCC LCO liquid-phase hydrogenation in a tubular reactor with ratio of height to diameter of 17 and a power-law type HDS apparent kinetic model, the impact of fluid flow and mixing on the reaction with and without a mixer of ceramic membrane was investigated. The results show that, without the mixer, the el. Adding the mixer makes the liquid flow ins iquid flow inside the tube deviates from plug flow mod- de the tube approach plug flow model and the average relative deviation is only 2.72%, which explains the main cause of deviation is mixture of gas and liquid rather than back-mixing. Fluid flow inside the liquid hydrogenation tube can be regarded as an ideal plug flow due to the deviation of axial difusion model is close to that of plug flow model.
