摘要
针对目前列车夜间行车时存在的照明问题,提出一种机车前大灯自动转向控制系统。该系统以已知的列车超速防护设备中的线路数据库为基准,首先对铁路线路曲线类型进行离线分析,给出不同曲线类型大灯转角的计算方法。在此基础上生成大灯曲线转角数据库。实际行车中,结合机车监控器提供的可靠的车载实时参数,以步进电机为执行机构实现机车前大灯自动转向控制。结果证明,该设计方法实现简单,适应性强,而且安全可靠,具有故障导向安全的能力。
With regard to the lighting problem in trains’running during the night,we present an auto rotating control system for locomotive headlight.The system uses the known railway lines database in trains’overspeed prevention system as the reference,and makes offline analyses on curve types of the railway lines first,then provides computational approaches for the headlight deflection angles in different curves.Based on the analyses above,it generates the database of headlight deflection angles.In practical trains’running,the auto-rotating control of locomotive headlight is implemented using the stepper motor as the actuator outfit and combining with the reliable real-time on-train parameters offered by the locomotive monitor &recorder.Results prove that this solution is simple in implementation with high adaptability, safety and reliability.It also has the capacity of fail-oriented safety.
