湿法磷酸工艺酸性废水输送管道结垢与防治研究进展

Research Progress of Scaling of Pipeline for Transporting Acidic Wastewater of Wet Process Phosphoric Acid and Prevention and Control

针对磷肥厂二水湿法磷酸工艺生产所产生的酸性废水在回收利用输送过程中管道的结垢问题,研究分析了酸性废水的离子、温度、p H、流动状态及管道材质对管道结垢的影响。探讨了酸性废水回水输送管道的防垢、除垢及防腐方法,并提出了防治措施。

In connection with scaling problem of pipeline for transportation of acidic wastewater generated in production of phosphate fertilizer plant with dihydrate wet phosphoric acid process,the effects of ion,temperature,pH and flow condition of acidic wastewater and pipe material on scaling of pipeline are studies and analyzed.The methods of prevention,removal and corrosion protection against scaling of acidic wastewater backwater pipeline of phosphate fertilizer plant are discussed,and prevention and treatment measures are proposed.
