摘要
分析了链式破碎机在运行过程中链条磨损速度快、堵塞严重、轴和轴承使用寿命短等问题的原因,并采取了相应的改造措施。改造后,链条的使用寿命延长、破碎效果提高、清堵频率降低,且降低了生产成本,提高了效益。
An analysis is made of the cause for problems,such as fast chain wear,serious blockage,short service life of axle and bearing in operation of chain breaker,and relevant renovation measures are taken.After the revamp,service life of chain is prolonged,breaking efficiency is promoted,blockage clearing frequency is decreased,the production cost is reduced,and the benefit is improved.
