摘要
从尿素本身的内在性能参数出发,分析塔式尿素造粒的机理,指出塔式造粒工艺可以达到的尿素颗粒直径的极限数值,作为尿素生产企业的参考原则,避免走入在塔式尿素造粒工艺中盲目追求更大颗粒产品的误区,同时说明大颗粒尿素生产工艺存在的必要条件。在当前通用的生产条件下,利用塔式造粒喷头生产的尿素颗粒存在一定的尺寸限制,不能仅靠增大喷头开孔尺寸来无限制地增大产品颗粒的直径,且颗粒尺寸增大后的产品在造粒塔内的降温问题也会变得非常突出。
Start from intrinsic performance parameters of urea,urea tower prilling mechanism is analyzed,the limit value of urea particle size which can be achieved by tower prilling process is indicated as a referential principle for urea manufacturing enterprises to avoid the misunderstanding of blindly pursuing bigger granule particle size beyond the limit of urea tower prilling process,at the same time,the necessary conditions for production process of large urea granules are illustrated.Under current common production conditions,there is a limit of urea particle size with tower prilling sprayer in production,there is no way by increase the hole size of sprayer to increase diameter of product granule size without limit,and as the particle size increases,the cooling of product in prilling tower will become a prominent problem.
