摘要
根据硝酸装置铂铑催化剂使用情况进行统计分析,以实际生产数据分析铂耗高的原因,验证了铂铑催化剂使用时间、氨氧化温度和机械振动是影响铂耗的主要原因。根据硝酸装置生产经验,提出相应措施以降低铂耗,即选择合理的铂铑催化剂更换时间、设定适宜的氧化温度及减少非计划停车次数。
A statistical analysis is carried out based on service condition of platinum-rhodium catalyst for nitric acid unit,in connection with actual production data,the causes for high consumption of platinum are analyzed,and it is verified that use time of platinum-rhodium catalyst,ammoxidation temperature,and mechanical vibration are the main causes influencing platinum consumption.Based on operation experience of nitric acid unit,relevant measures are proposed for reducing platinum consumption,including selecting reasonable replacement time for platinum-rhodium catalyst,setting of optimum oxidation temperature,and reducing unplanned shutdown times.
