Inquiry into Causes Effecting Service Life of Catalyst in Shift Converter

根据变换炉进、出口气体温度的变化,解析了变换炉操作温度对变换催化剂活性的影响。为延长变换催化剂使用寿命,从变换炉入口气体温度、进出口压差、开停车操作等方面对影响变换催化剂使用寿命的关键因素展开分析,并提出了相关操作要点和注意事项。

Based on the change of gas temperature at inlet and outlet of shift converter,the effect of operating temperature of the shift converter on shift conversion catalyst activity is analyzed.In order to prolong service life of shift conversion catalyst,an analysis is made of the key factors influencing service life of shift conversion catalyst in aspects of inlet gas temperature of the converter,differential pressure between inlet and outlet,startup and shutdown operations,and so on,and relevant main points of operating and matters needing attention are proposed.
