Analysis and Inquiry of Influencing Factors of Coal-Water Slurry Concentration

从洗精煤控制、磨机煤浆粒度控制、磨机负荷调节等方面探究了德士古水煤浆气化装置中影响煤浆含量的各要素。在其他影响因素相同的情况下,深入探究了不同区间煤浆粒度与煤浆含量的关系,并对煤浆粒度控制提出可操作性建议。

An investigation is carried out into factors influencing coal-water slurry concentration in Texaco coal-water slurry gasifier from aspects of the control of washed coal,the control of grinding mill for particle size of coal-water slurry,and the adjustment of mill load,etc.As other factors have the same influences,an intensive study is made of the relationship between particle size of coal-water slurry in different ranges and the coal slurry concentration,and workable suggestion for the control of particle size of coal-water slurry is proposed.
