大理旅游村镇空间形态变化比较研究——以大理沙溪镇、新华村为例

Comparative Study on Space Morphological Changes of Dali Tourist Towns and Villages:Taking Shaxi Town and Xinhua Village for Example

该文通过对大理新华村、沙溪镇这两个旅游村镇空间形态变化的深入调研,对比分析村、镇这两种不同行政级别的旅游村镇空间形态变化的异同点,探析影响村镇空间形态变化的主要影响因素,得出影响空间形态变化的影响因素主要为资源禀赋、规划师、管理模式、生产方式等,以期为其他的旅游村镇的发展作为一个参考。

Through in-depth research on similarities and differences of space morphology changes in Dali Xinhua Village and Shaxi Town, which different in administrative levels. We explore the main influencing factors of the change of spatial form, and draw the conclusion including local resources, planners, the mode of management and production, in order to provide a reference for the development of other tourist towns.
