摘要
高校培养的建筑学专业人才毕业后不能立刻胜任工程设计工作,大学教育与设计院人才需求之间存在明显脱节。基于"卓越工程师培养计划"的指导思想,北方工业大学正在探索用校企联合培养的方式来解决大学教育与设计院就业之间的衔接问题。该文介绍了校企联合培养机制的教学模式,它包括大学四年级"模拟设计院教学模式"、大学五年级"建筑师业务实习"和"毕业设计"三个部分组成。
The divorce between college education and talents demand at designing institutes is clearly reflected by the failure of architecture graduates to promptly prove equal to their tasks after entering an institute. Under the frame of the "Program for Cultivating Extraordinary Engineers", our school has been exploring solutions to dovetail college education with employment at institutes by means of university-company joint cultivation for upperclassmen. In this paper, we aim to introduce a situation teaching model called "simulated institute" for senior students involved in such joint cultivation. We also aim at the introduction of "simulated institute" for senior students involved in such joint cultivation and the introduction of teaching model of "Architect's vocational practice" and "graduation design" in the fifth grade.
