支撑喉镜下显微外科治疗声带息肉疗效观察

Curative effect observation on microsurgery to treat vocal polyp under self-retainin laryngoscope

目的观察支撑喉镜下显微外科治疗声带息肉的疗效。方法将97例声带息肉患者随机分为两组,实验组49例给予支撑喉镜下显微外科治疗,对照组48例给予电子喉镜治疗。结果实验组总有效率为97.96%,术后并发症发生率为12.24%;对照组总有效率为75.00%,术后并发症发生率为12.50%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论支撑喉镜下显微外科治疗声带息肉,效果理想,临床疗效显著,术后并发症少。

Objective To observe the curative effect of microsurgery to treat vocal polyp under self-retaining laryn-goscope.Methods 97 cases with vocal polyp were randomly divided into two groups,and 49 patients in the experi-mental group were given treatment of microsurgery under self-retaining laryngoscope,while 48 patients in the control group were given treatment of electronic laryngoscope.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 97 .96% ,and the postoperative complication rate was 12 .24% .The total effective rate in the control group was 75 .00% ,and the postoperative complication rate was 12 .50% .The differences of the total effective rates in both groups were of statistical significance （P〈0 .05 ）,while the differences of postoperative complication rates were not of statistical significance （P〉0 .05 ）.Conclusion M icrosurgery under self-retaining laryngoscope to treat vocal polyp has ideal curative effects with fewer postoperative complications.
