摘要
目的探讨影响武汉地区军队离休老干部生活质量的相关因素。方法随机抽取武汉市7个军队干休所200名离休老干部,用中文版SF-36生活质量量表进行问卷调查,分析相关影响因素。结果共发放调查问卷200份,得到有效问卷154份。与7年前生活质量相比较,干休所的离休老干部在生理功能、机体疼痛、活力、社会功能和心理健康五个维度评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同文化程度、体育锻炼情况、居住状况的离休老干部生活质量不同。结论武汉市军队离休老干部已进入高龄化,身体健康状况下降的同时,心理需求在不断上升。
Objective To study the relevant factors w hich influence the QOL among military retired veteran cadres in Wuhan.Methods 200 retired veteran cadres in seven military cadres＇sanatoriums in Wuhan w ere chosen randomly. Questionnaires w ere conducted by SF-36 QOL scale C hinese version to evaluate the quality of life and to analyze the related influencing factors.Results Totally 200 copies of the survey questionnaires w ere distributed ,among w hich 154 copies w ere valid questionnaires.C ompared w ith the quality of life about seven years ago ,the five-dimensional scoring differences of physiological function,body pain,vitality,social function and mental health among the military retired veteran cadres at the cadres＇sanitariums w ere of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.D ifferent cultural level,physical exer-cise,and dw elling contributed to different quality of life among the retired veteran cadres.Conclusion The military re-tired veteran cadres in Wuhan are going into old aging.Their physical conditions are deteriorating,w hile their psycho-logical demands are still rising .
