基于创新基金数据的创业失败实证研究

Empirical Research on the Failed Startups Based on the Innofund Data

"失败是成功之母",创业失败是市场经济中普遍存在的现象。如何从创业失败中分析、总结并汲取经验,为日后的成功做好准备是创业活动不可或缺的关键环节。基于2000—2010年创新基金新创企业发展数据,对创业失败的总体情况、企业特征、产业属性、区域差异等进行了探讨,挖掘和剖析了创业失败的一般规律,提出了企业服务化战略的建议。

Failure is the mother of success. The failure of startups is a ubiquitous phenomenon in the market eco- nomy. How to analyze, summarize and learn from experiences, and prepare for the success in the future is an in- dispensable key segment for entrepreneurial activities. Based on the startup data of Innofund in 2000-2010, we dis- cuss in this paper the overall situation, the enterprise characteristics, the industry attribute, and the regional diffe- rences, as well as mine and analyze the general rule of entrepreneurial failure. The results give the suggestion of the service strategy for starmps and offer references for the early warning of entrepreneurial failure and the im- provement of entrepreneurial quality .
