强化抗性淀粉药膳方主食对于2型糖尿病患者的影响 被引量:12

EFFECTS OF RESISTANT STARCH FORTIFIED STAPLE FOOD ON PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS

摘要 目的观察强化抗性淀粉(RS)药膳方主食对于2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的影响。方法在传统药膳方长寿粉基础上进行改良组方制作成强化RS药膳方主食。招募T2DM患者101人,按照患者年龄、体质指数均衡原则分为3组,干预A组、干预B组与对照组,分别服用强化RS药膳方主食、药膳方主食与普通膳食。测定空腹血糖(FBG)、血胰岛素(FINS)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)等指标观察对糖脂代谢的影响,观察腰围、腰臀比、内脏脂肪等有关体成分的变化,以及谷胱甘肽酶(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)等氧化应激水平指标的变化。干预3月后再重复测量上述指标,比较干预前后指标的变化情况。结果干预A组糖耐量试验各时间点血糖值均低于对照组(P<0.05),且较干预前FINS水平、血脂及体成分各项指标均明显下降,其中FINS、TC、TG、内脏脂肪值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)、SOD、抗氧化比值(AOR)较干预前显著升高,并且明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化RS药膳方主食降低餐后血糖,增强胰岛素敏感性,改善血脂及体成分情况,改善T2DM患者的高氧化应激状态,有助于改善病情和防治并发症的发生发展,值得进一步的研究和推广。 Objective To study the effects of resistant starch(RS) fortified staple food on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods The traditional herbal prescription Changshou Powder was processed to form a RS fortified staple food. One hundred and one T2 DM patients were recruited. Based on age and BMI, the patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, namely treatment group A, treatment group B and control group. The three groups were treated with RS fortified herbal staple food, herbal staple food and ordinary staple food, respectively. Fasting blood glucose, fructosumine, total cholesterol and triglyeride were measured. The changes of waistline, waist hip ratio and visceral fat were observed; and oxidative stress markers such as glutathione, superoxide dismutase, malonaldehyde were also detected simultaneously. The intervention lasted 3 months. Results The results indicated that blood glucose levels of the treatment group A at each time-points were obviously lower than those of control group(P〈0.05). After the intervention, the levels of fructosumine, total cholesterol, triglyeride activity and visceral fat were significantly lower than those in control group(P〈0.05). The insulin sensitivity index, superoxide dismutase activity and antioxidant ratio were significantly higher than those of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion RS fortified herbal staple food reduced postprandial blood glucose, enhanced the sensibility of insulin, improved blood lipids, body composition and oxidative stress status in T2 DM patients.
