儿童青少年高血压研究现状

Research status on hypertension in children and adolescents

儿童青少年高血压在日常生活中往往被忽视,近年因成人高血压发病率不断增高,且其主要并发症——心脑血管疾病的复发率、致残率和致死率均高,使儿童青少年高血压逐渐受到关注。青少年高血压的诊断标准在全球还未统一,影响诊断的因素多,确诊不但需要准确的测量,还需要较长时间的观察和全面的评估。为了进一步强化对儿童青少年高血压的认识、规范诊治,特将相关研究内容、现状进行了汇总分析,以供参考。

Hypertension in children and adolescents were often ignored in our daily life. However, in recent years, attentions were gradually paid on hypertension in children and adolescents due to the constant increase in the in- cidence of hypertension in adults and its main complications with high recurrence rate, disability rate and fatality rate of cardiovascular disease. The diagnostic criterion of hypertension in children and adolescents has not yet been globally unified, and there were many factors influencing the diagnosis of hypertension in children and adolescents. Therefore, to make an accurate diagnosis, not only accurate measurements but also long time observations and comprehensive assess- ment are needed. In order to further strengthen the awareness of hypertension in children and adolescents and to standard- ize diagnosis and treatment, relevant researches were summarized and analyzed in this article for reference.
