巨细胞病毒对人群发生高血压的影响

摘要 目的探讨巨细胞病毒对人群发生高血压的影响。方法收集2011年2月至2013年6月来我院接受治疗的168例高血压患者的血液标本作为观察组,同时收集160例体检正常者的血液标本作为对照组。检测并比较两组患者血浆标本中的巨细胞病毒特异性中和抗体、巨细胞病毒特异性Ig G和Ig M及巨细胞病毒UL93DNA。结果观察组患者巨细胞病毒UL93DNA、巨细胞病毒特异性Ig G和Ig M的阳性率分别为73.21%、70.83%和4.20%,对照组患者分别为57.50%、49.38%和2.50%,观察组患者巨细胞病毒UL93DNA和Ig G的阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组间巨细胞病毒特异性Ig M阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者血浆巨细胞病毒特异性中和抗体的几何滴度平均为(40.12±19.89),对照组为(59.96±24.85),两组患者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者的巨细胞病毒感染率高于健康人群,高血压患者巨细胞病毒特异性中和抗体水平降低明显,这均表明巨细胞病毒感染与人群发生高血压存在相关性。 Objective To explore the effect of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) on the occurrence of hyper-tension. Methods Blood samples were collected from 168 hypertensive patients (the experimental group) from February 2011 to June 2013 and 160 normal subjects (the control group). The HCMV specific neutralizing antibodies, HC- MV UL93 DNA, HCMV IgG and HCMV IgM of the two groups were detected and compared. Results The positive rates of HCMV UL93 DNA, HCMV IgG, HCMV IgM were 73.21%, 70.83% and 4.20% in the experimental group and 57.50%, 49.38%, 2.50% in the control group, with statistically significant differences in HCMV UL93 DNA, HC- MV IgG (P〈0.05) and no statistically significant difference in HCMV IgM (P〉0.05). The geometric titer of plasma HC- MV specific neutralizing antibodies was (40.12±19.89) in the experimental group and (59.96±24.85) in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The HCMV infection rate in hyper- tensive patients is higher than that in health people, and the geometric titers of plasma HCMV specific neutralizing anti- bodies is lower in hypertensive patients. There is a correlation between hypertension and HCMV infection.
