微创手术在妇科疾病诊治中的临床应用进展

Advances in clinical application of minimally invasive surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases

微创手术具有损伤小、恢复快等优点,随着微创技术的不断发展,其在妇科疾病诊治中的应用也越来越多,在取得一定临床优势的同时其发生相应并发症的可能性也不容忽视。临床工作中应严格掌握妇科内镜手术的适应证,并在操作过程中采取适当措施减少并发症发生。本文就微创手术在妇科疾病诊治中的应用进展进行综述。

Minimally invasive surgery has the advantages of small injury and quick recovery. With the contin-uous development of minimally invasive techniques, its applications become more and more extensive in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases. However, the associated complications it probably caused can not be ig-nored. In clinical work, we should strictly follow the indications of gynecologic endoscopic surgery and take appropri-ate measures to reduce complications during the operation.
