摘要
在客舱乘务员疲劳风险评价问题的研究中,为了对航空安全提供保障,应对成乘务员疲劳风险进行系统的定量评价。由于乘务员疲劳影响因素的多样性和复杂性,评价指标体系建立和权重确定是比较困难的。通过理论分析、专家调查和向各年龄段乘务员发放调查问卷等方式,总结了影响乘务员疲劳的多方面因素,以工作负荷因素、生理因素因素、管理因素、心理因素和环境因素5个因素为准则,构建了乘务员疲劳风险评价指标体系。基于序关系分析法(G1法)对疲劳状况进行评判,确定了指标体系中各指标的权重,建立了客舱乘务员疲劳风险三级综合评价指标体系。将第三层子因素的疲劳指标进行分级量化,分为五个等级,每个疲劳指标分别对应不同的疲劳程度。根据建立的综合评价指标体系编制乘务员疲劳自测调查问卷,通过问卷结果统计分析疲劳指数分布情况,合理划分疲劳程度对应疲劳指数区间,实现了客舱乘务员疲劳风险综合量化评价。为乘务员疲劳风险评价提供了一种切实可行的思路。
The cabin crew fatigue risk evaluation is one of the most important problems for aviation safety. Through theoretical analysis, expert survey and issuance of the questionnaire to all age cabin crew, this paper sum- marizes several influential factors for cabin crew fatigue. According to the comprehensive analysis of the flight fatigue influential factors, taking 5 factors, i. e. , working load factors, physiological factors, management factors, psychologi- cal factors and environmental factors as the criterion, a fatigue risk comprehensive evaluating index system is estab- lished. Then, order relation analysis method( G1 method) is used to calculate the weights of indexes. Thus, the cab- in crew fatigue risk three grade comprehensive evaluation index system is established. To quantify the third level fa- tigue index by five levels, each fatigue index is respectively corresponded to different degrees of fatigue. Cabin crew fatigue questionnaires are compiled according to the comprehensive evaluation index system. Through the question- naire statistical analysis results of fatigue index distribution, value interval of fatigue index corresponding to the de- gree of cabin crew fatigue is divided reasonably, which realizes the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the cabin crew fatigue risk. The results show that the quantitative evaluation system provides a practical way for the evaluation of cabin crew fatigue risk.
