System Design of Water Temperature Detection Based on Multisensor Dynamic Signal Acquisition

摘要 针对单一传感器对于动态信号检测容易出现延时、失真、精确度不高等问题,以K型热电偶温度传感器为例,提出了构建多个传感器部署的动态信号采集系统设计方法,通过硬件滤波与软件校正协作的方式对检测目标的温度变化进行全方位、连续性的无失真还原。在对传感器动态特性分析研究的基础上,设计实现了K型热电偶的温度信号采集、滤波、放大、模数转换等硬件电路,并建立了线性常系数微分方程对传感器的动态特性进行仿真,通过软件对多个传感器的检测信号进行信息融合与过滤,从而可以为系统提供最为迅速与精确的温度检测数据,并通过检测水池中水温的变化的实验对系统进行验证,取得了较为满意的结果。 In order to solve the problems of delay, distortion and low accuracy with a single sensor for dynamic signal detection, taking K - type thermocouple temperature sensor as an example, this paper proposes a dynamic sig- nal acquisition system with multiple sensors. Through collaborative filtering of hardware and software correction, the detection of target temperature change is achieved for all - round, no distortion reduction continuity. Based on the a- nalysis of the dynamic characteristics of the sensor research, the hardware circuit of the K - type thermocouple tem- perature signal acquisition, filtering, amplification, analog- to- digital conversion is designed and implemented. Linear differential equations are established with constant coefficients on the dynamic characteristics of the sensors. Information fusion and filtering of detecting signals for multiple sensors are achieved through software. The most rapid and accurate temperature detection data for the system are obtained. The system is tested by detecting changes of pool water temperature, and the results are satisfactory.
