中药放置环境下挥发速度与温度控制建模

摘要 由于中药药性的挥发速度与温度之间存在较大的非线性关系,温度不定时的突然变化也会给挥发过程造成较大的影响,在进行温度控制的过程中,无法对这种过程进行约束,采用PID线性逼近的方式模拟较大的非线性过程,误差较大。提出一种基于最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)的模糊控制策略。以现场数据为依据构建温度预估模型,首先使用贝叶斯方法将参数LS-SVM进行优化,然后依据求解进行二次规划识别获得的模糊控制规则,最后探讨了中药挥发速度的温度模糊控制器。与传统的模糊系统进行对比,降低了规则数量。仿真结果表明,改进控制方法比传统的PID控制具有明显的优越性,运行稳定可靠,对中药的挥发控制效果好。 A fuzzy control strategy for herbal medicinal volatile speed and temperature control is presented based on least squares support vector machines ( LS - SVM). The temperature forecast model is built according to the field data, the LS- SVM parameters are optimized by using the bayesian method, the fuzzy control rules are obtained by quadratic programming, and the fuzzy temperature controller is discussed for the traditional Chinese medicine volatile speed. Compared with the traditional fuzzy system, the proposed method can reduce the number of rules. Simulation experiments show that the control method is stable and reliable, which can effectively realize the volatile control of traditional Chinese medicine.
