首先对菠菜色素进行提取,然后运用柱色谱、薄层色谱、圆形纸色谱法等几种常用的色谱法对菠菜色素进行分离.
Spinachrome was extracted and separated by the column chromatography, thin layer chromatography, circular paper chromatography and so on.
