儿童未成熟畸胎瘤临床诊治特点分析

Clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of pediatric immature teratoma

目的：探讨儿童未成熟畸胎瘤的临床及诊治特点。方法对我院2011年11月-2014年10月收治的25例小儿未成熟畸胎瘤临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果25例未成熟畸胎瘤患儿均经手术治疗，除1例肝脏转移外，其余均未复发及死亡。结论小儿性腺内未成熟畸胎瘤起病隐匿，性腺外常症状明显，两者均应全面诊断、综合治疗，并做好远期随访监测，性腺外未成熟畸胎瘤应注重周围淋巴结清扫。

Objective To investigate the clinical features and diagnose treatment experiences of pediatric immature teratoma. Methods A retrospective analysis was done for clinical data of 25 pediatric immature teratoma cases cared at our hospital November 201 1-October 2014. Results All 25 pediatric immature tera-toma cases underwent surgery.Except 1 case of liver metastasis,the rest survived without recurrence and death. Conclusion Extragonadal pediatric immature teratoma always presents obvious symptoms while in-tragonadal ones could show occult-onset.Both of them should be comprehensive diagnosed and treated as well as long-term follow-up monitoring.More attention should be paid to the peripheral lymph node dissection of extragonadal immature teratoma.
