低品位铁精矿“提质降硅”生产实践研究

主要介绍了大红山铁矿为提高低品位铁精矿品位而进行的生产研究,分别通过反浮选与摇床重选试验,试验结果表明,采用摇床处理低品位铁精矿具有精矿品位高、生产指标稳定、生产成本低等优点。

In order to improve the grade of low grade iron concentrate, the reverse flotation and table concentrator gravity separa- tion test was finished separately by Dahongshan iron mine, the test results show that the low grade iron concentrate treated by table concentra- tor has the advantages, such as high grade concentrate, stable production index, low production cost, and so on.
