摘要
分析了从原料和燃料中带来的硫对澳斯麦特炉锡冶炼过程中危害。由于含硫量增加,锡直收率降低,并造成收尘袋烧毁和设备腐蚀。沸腾焙烧脱硫处理原料,使用含S量低的还原煤和粉煤,负压操作控制,这些措施可减少硫的危害。
The analysis on the damages caused by sulfur from raw materials and fuel in tin smelting in Ausmelt furnace is carried out. The direct recovery rate of tin is decreased due to sulfur content increasing, and it also caused dust collecting sleeve burned out and e- quipment corrosion. The raw materials shall be treated by fluidized bed roasting to desulfuration, reducing coal and powdered coal with low S content shall be adopted, as well as the negative pressure operation, these measures can reduce the damages caused by sulfur.
