摘要
废乳液来源于铝铸轧、板(带)材、合金生产过程,成分复杂,是一种难处理的特殊废水。针对铝铸扎、板(带)材、合金中难处理的废乳液,经破乳实验和设备改进优化了破乳条件,有效地提高了废乳液处理工艺油水分离效率,废乳液经过处理后COD去除率99%以上,检测结果表明,进入排水池的排出液中含油率和COD值指标完全符合国家排放标准。
The waste emulsion is produced from the production process of aluminum cast rolling, board (belt) materials, and alloy, it has the complex composition, it is a special, difficult - to - handle waste water. The demulsibility test is carried out for the difficult -to-handle waste emulsion from cast rolling, board (belt) materials, alloy, and the demulsibility conditions are optimized through equip- ment upgrading, which is effectively improve the oil and water separation efficiency in the waste emulsion treatment process, the COD remov- al rate is above 99% after waste emulsion treatment, the detection results show that the oil length and COD value in the liquid discharged to the drain tank is totally meet the national discharge standards requirements.
