在实践过程中,大多数国有企业缺乏执行力,导致其执行力弱的原因是多方面的,既有制度方面的问题,比如激励制度、督导制度和考核制度等的不完善,也有管理者和执行者本身的问题,比如能力欠缺、责任心不强等。但是,最重要的是在企业内没有形成一种执行力文化,使执行成为了一件无足轻重和不痛不痒的事情。企业的发展要靠职工队伍出色、高效的执行力来推动,如果没有出色的执行力,再完美的发展战略也只是沙盘上的蓝图。在市场竞争如此激烈的今天,提高国企职工队伍的执行力是非常重要的。
