摘要
快速制造技术在金属模具的无模化铸型方面得到了广泛的应用,添加黏结剂的金属模具铸型无模化制造和选择性激光烧结金属模具铸型无模化制造是进行金属模具的无模化铸型的两项重要工艺,另外,基于去除加工的金属模具无模化制造技术也是一种重要的方法。着重分析了无模化铸型快速制造技术,改造了传统工艺,改造后的传统工艺具有数字化、精密化、快速化、柔性化和绿色化等特点,是金属模具无模化铸型制造的未来发展方向。
Rapid manufacturing technology has been widely used in metal mold patternless casting by, the mode of manufacturing and selective laser sintering metal mould casting mold manufacturing is the metal mold binder metal mold additive patternless casting by two important technologies. In addition, based on removal processing of metal mold die manufacturing technology is a kind of important method. This part focuses on the analysis of the dieless of mold of rapid manufacturing technology and the transformation of the traditional process, after the transformation of the traditional process with digital, precision, fast, flexible and green features, metal mold of patternless casting by making the future direction of development.
