摘要
目的:通过影像学观察研究由地塞米松、β-甘油磷酸钠和维生素C组成的成骨诱导剂对兔拔牙窝愈合的影响。方法:50只新西兰兔,微创法拔除双侧上颌第一前磨牙,右侧拔牙窝为实验组,填入载有成骨诱导剂的明胶海绵;左侧拔牙窝为对照组,填入空载明胶海绵。术后第1、2、4、8、12周各处死10只动物,进行大体观察和CBCT(cone beam computed tomography)检查,分析比较拔牙窝愈合情况。结果:所有动物创口均愈合良好。实验组和对照组拔牙窝的骨密度(new bone mineral density,BMD)值随着时间均不断提高,前者在每个时间点均高于后者。统计学结果表明,除了在第1周,其余时间点2组BMD值,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。拔牙窝牙槽骨宽度和高度均较拔牙术前减小。牙槽骨宽度的变化值,二组间差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。二组间高度变化值比较,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:成骨诱导剂能促进拔牙创骨愈合进程,减少牙槽骨高度的吸收。
Objective: To analyze the effect of osteogenic inducer composed of dexamethasone, β-sodium glycerophosphate and vitamin C on tooth extraction sockethealing in rabbit by radiological approach. Methods:The bilateral first mandibular premolars were extracted from 50 rabbits, the right side sockets as test group were filled with gelatin sponge carrying osteogenic inducer; the left side sockets as control were only filled with gelatin sponge. 10 rabbits were sacrificed 1, 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks after surgical procedure respectively. Specimens were removed and evaluated by CBCT. Results:The BMD of test groups was all higher than that of correponding control groups, and except the 1 week group,was tatistically significantly different(P〈0.05). The alveolar resorption in width had no statistical signifcance between two gropus(P 〉0.05), but the resorption in height in test sites was significantly lower than that in control sites(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Osteogenic inducer can promote the bone healing in tooth extraction sockets and reduce the resorption of residual alvoelar bone in height.
