改良上颌窦外提升同期种植术的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察改良上颌窦外提升同期种植术在上颌后牙区骨高度不足病例中的临床应用效果。方法:选择上后牙区骨量不足患者29例,进行侧壁开窗外提升配合骨挤压同期种植,共涉及36侧上颌窦42个缺牙位点。术后6-12月完成修复并随访1-2年。结果:术中术后均无严重并发症发生,术后6月影像显示术区骨高度平均提升6.6 mm;6-12月41枚种植体形成良好骨结合并完成修复,随访1-2年咀嚼功能良好,无明显颈部骨吸收。结论:改良上颌窦外提升同期种植术能够缩短疗程、减少手术次数,具有较好的初期稳定性和较高的临床成功率,有效促进窦底成骨,随访修复效果较好。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of modified maxillary sinus elevation with immediate implant placement on maxillary posterior-tooth area. Methods: 29 patients with insufficient bone volume in maxillary posterior-tooth area underwent the maxillary sinus floor lift and bone condensing with immediate implant placement. 36 sides and 42 missing teeth were involved. Restorative treatment was done 6 - 12 months later and the following-up time was 1 - 2 years. Results: There were no serious complications in patients during and after the operation. The average bone elevation was 6.6 mm 6 months later. 41 implants gained excellent osseointegration and worked well without significant neck bone absorption in the 1 - 2 years following-up.Conclusion: Modified maxillary sinus elevation with immediate implant placement can shorten the time, achieve good initial stability and show high clinical success rate. It can elevate the bone volume under the sinus and promote the clinical efficacy of the implant.
