摘要
文中介绍了一种基于NRF24L01的多点无线称重节点设计,主要阐述了称重系统中节点的结构及软件、硬件设计。在节点设计中,使用低功耗STC12C56A60S2型单片机、称重专用芯片HX711、NRF24L01无线数据传输模块,可将采集的数据上传到上位机软件中,实现多点无线称重系统设计。文中节点设计具有传感器信号调理测量电路简单、数据无线传输、低成本的特点。
In this paper,a node design scheme of multipoint wireless weighing system based on NRF24L01 is presented,the node system structure design,hardware design and software design are mainly discussed on. In the node design,the low power consumption MCU STC12C56A60S2,the special chip for weighing HX711, NRF24L01 wireless data transmission module are used. The collected weighing data can be uploaded to the PC software,and the multipoint wireless weighing system can be realized. This node design scheme shows the features of sensor signal conditioning circuit for measuring is simple,wireless data transmission,low cost.
