航天器电动手动一体化舱门锁紧机构设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对航天器舱门特点和现有技术的不足,研究了一种可由航天员在舱内和舱外用电动或手动操作的新型舱门工作机构。设计了舱门锁紧执行机构和驱动机构,确定了锁紧驱动力矩、电机参数和驱动力等关键参数。运动学和动力学仿真结果表明:该航天器舱门能实现预期设计动作,机构简单、运动可靠、操作便捷。 Aim to the hatch characteristics of space vehicles and existing technology disadvantages,a new type hatch which could be electric or manual operated by astronaut inside and outside of cabin was put forward in this paper.The lock actuator and lock driver of the hatch were designed.The key technologies of lock driving moment,motor parameters and driving force were determined.The kinematics and dynamics simulation results showed that this hatch designed could realize the expected motion and had the advantages of simple mechanism,reliable movement and convenient operation.
