摘要 对温控负荷准确建模并采用合适的控制策略进行调度是直接负荷控制(DLC)项目实施的关键。文中以物理负荷模型描述温控负荷,采用蒙特卡洛模拟方法在模型参数取值区间内抽样获取用户群归一化因子,考虑用户自主退出和设备故障,利用实用的DLC控制手段基于模糊扩展极大极小法提出DLC优化调度模型。算例分析表明,所提模型能在达到DLC实施方的负荷削减需求的同时有效抑制反弹负荷,且对用户的整体舒适度影响较小。 Accurate modeling and using appropriate control strategies for scheduling of thermostatically controlled loads is the key to the successfull implementation of direct load control(DLC)programs. Physically based load model is adopted to characterize thermostatically controlled loads and Monte Carlo simulation method is used to obtain the normalised load by sampling in the range of values of parameters of the model. Customer override and equipment failure are considered and a DLC optimal scheduling model based on practical DLC control methods is proposed using an augmented max-min approach of fuzzy decision making theory. Numerical example shows that using the optimal schedul-ing model can not only get the given load reductions but also reduce the payback effect effectively,meanwhile,the overall comfort of DLC participants are less affected.
