Bending stiffness of inflatable tubes with external constraints

摘要 为研究外界约束、加载方式对充气柱弯曲性能的影响,设计了充气柱无约束三点弯曲、端板约束、端板约束及传力框、全封闭约束实验方案。通过实验和流固耦合非线性分析,分别研究了这4种方案下充气柱的承弯性能,并从充气柱变形特征、受力特点等角度分析各方案的差异。结果表明:无约束三点弯曲的承弯性能最差,端板约束方案的承弯性能有所提高,端板约束及传力框方案的承弯性能有显著提升,全封闭约束时承弯性能大幅提升。该研究为工程中提高充气柱的承弯能力提供了参考。 This work investigates the impact of external constraints and loading mode on the bending of inflatable tubes.Four situations are analyzed with three point bending of an inflatable column without constraints,with side plate constraints,with side plate constraints with a force transfer frame,and with fully closed constraints.The bending stiffness of all four cases are studied experimentally with a nonlinear fluid-structure interaction analysis.The differences between the four cases are analyzed through the deformation and mechanical characteristics.The results show severe bending for the first case,slightly improved bending for the second case,significantly enhanced resistance to bending for the third case,and a very still column for the fourth case.This work presents several ways to enhance the bending stiffness of inflatable tubes in engineering systems.
