摘要
针对物流运输、流水线作业不同产品的识别,设计了一套主要基于西门子S7-1200 PLC和SIMATIC HMI的条形码识别系统,给出了系统中用到的传感器的硬件原理设计,可编程逻辑控制器S7-1200 PLC的硬软件设计,以及基于西门子博途TIA集成软件开发平台的SIMATIC人机界面和过程可视化应用的实现,同时给出了PLC与现场仪表的连接方式和通信方式。
For the logistics transportation,identify the pipelining of different products,this paper designs a set of bar code recognition system Siemens mainly based on S7-1200 PLC and SIMATIC HMI.The principle of hardware design of the sensor used in this system are presented, which candesign hardware and software programmable logic controller S7-1200 PLC.
