摘要
该设计由自制两个额定输出功率均为16W的8V DC/DC模块并联组成,以STC12LE5A60S2低功耗单片机为控制核心,控制电路自动实现电流分配。每个模块的输出电流的绝对值相对误差小于2%,系统额定输出总电流大于4A。利用霍尔电流传感器ACS712精确测量输出总电流及从模块输出电流,采用闭环负反馈的方式使模块输出电流比无限逼近预置电流比。系统稳定性强,具有精确地短路保护(动作电流为4.5A)及自动恢复功能。
The design consists of homemade two rated output power is 16W8 V DC / DC module which are connected in parallel,with STC12LE5A60S2 low power MCU as the control core,the automatic control circuit to realize the current distribution.The output current of each module of the absolute value of the relative error is less than 2%,the total system rated output current is greater than 4A.Using the Holzer current sensor ACS712 measurement output total current and the output current from the module,using closed loop negative feedback manner so that the module output current ratio current ratio of infinite approximation preset.The stability of the system is strong,with accurate short-circuit protection(action current of 4.5A) and automatic recovery function.
