Rethinking of National Political Power System Construction in 1950s

新中国建立初期,中国共产党在全国范围内以基层政权建设为主要手段构筑起了国家政治权力体系。而在这一历史进程中,国家政治权力在与地方政治力量互动中经过了复杂多变的博弈,最终在全国范围内成功地完成了国家政治权力体系的建构。当下,对于这一历史时期国家政治权力体系建构的研究还有待提升,通过对这一问题的探讨,希翼对新中国国家政治权力体系建构研究从宏观层面进行再认识。

In the early establishment of New China, the Communist Party of China built a national system of political power by taking the grass-roots political power building as the main means througout the country. In the historical process, the National political power was in the interaction with local political forces a complex game, but after hard efforts the system of political power in the country was constructed or completed successfully. Now the research of the historical period of national political power system construction remains to be improved. This article studies the issue, and hope boost to study the construction of national political power with the macro-level.
