河北省城市自来水可持续利用定价管理研究

On Urban Water's Sustainable Utilization Pricing Management in Hebei Province

通过对国外城市自来水定价管理制度的考察,为研究河北省城市自来水可持续利用的定价机制奠定基础。基于可持续利用的核心思想,分析河北省城市自来水定价管理现状以及自来水定价与管理政策的矛盾和协调途径,提出可持续利用城市自来水定价管理的具体措施。

The study of urban water pricing management system of foreign countries lays the foundation for the pricing mechanism of sustainable utilization of urban water supply in Hebei province. Based on the core idea of sustainable use, the analysis is made on urban water’s pricing management in Hebei province. The contradiction and coordination of tap water pricing policies and management approaches are studied. And some concrete measures for sustainable utilization of urban water pricing management are put forward.
