斜拉桥拱塔大缩尺比模型试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 大跨度缆索承重桥梁桥塔模型试验研究多采用大比例节段模型为研究对象,但该节段模型无法完整反映索塔的整体受力机理。文章采用1∶10大比例全模型,对马鞍山长江大桥右叉斜拉桥的拱形索塔进行试验研究,解决了模型试验设计中的恒载补偿设计、拱塔环向预应力加载和斜拉索张拉模拟等关键技术问题;采用等应变原理设计拱塔模型,并模拟了斜拉索拱塔的受力特性。研究结果表明,除个别点位外,试验结果与有限元数值模拟结果的误差不超过15%。该研究对马鞍山长江大桥右叉斜拉桥以及类似工程的设计和施工均具有借鉴作用。 Large-scale sectional model is commonly adopted in the pylon test research on long span ca- ble supported bridges, whereas sectional pylon model can not reflect and describe the mechanical mechanism of whole pylon. In this paper, the full-size model at the scale of 1 : 10 is used for the test research on the arch pylon of cable-stayed bridge of Ma' anshan Yangtze River Bridge. Several key technical problems of full-size model test research are solved, such as dead load compensation, loading method of circumferential reinforcement, and the simulation of cable tension. The equal strain princi- ple is used to design the arch pylon model, and the mechanical performance of bridge pylon is accu- rately demonstrated. The research result shows that the error between the test results and the finite element numerical simulation results is not more than 15% except several points. The study is valua- ble for the design and construction of Ma~ anshan Yangtze River Bridge and other similar bridges.
