摘要
文章以某高层剪力墙结构带端部转换为例,采用有限元软件MIDAS/Building进行多遇地震下的弹性计算、罕遇地震下的弹塑性分析及楼板应力分析,对托墙转换构件采用小震、中震弹性双控设计,对结构整体及构件的抗震性能进行评估。计算结果表明,通过加强措施后,结构布置合理,无明显刚度薄弱层和过大扭转位移比,结构具有良好的屈服机制。
Taking a high-rise shear wall structure with terminal transformation as an example, the elas- tic calculation under frequent earthquake and the elastic plastic calculation under rare earthquake and the stress analysis of transfer story's floor are performed by using the finite element software MI- DAS/Building. The elastic double-control method is used to design transfer member under frequent and medium earthquake, and the seismic performance of whole structure and transfer member is also evaluated. The analysis results indicate that the structure has a well yield mechanism without stiffness weak layer and oversize torsional displacement ratio by strengthening measures.
