摘要
为进一步改善采用双层分流燃烧室的直喷式柴油机的燃烧性能,在单缸柴油机台架上对不同喷油压力、喷油提前角和喷嘴伸出长度等喷射参数与双层分流燃烧室的匹配进行了试验研究。结果表明,通过喷射参数与双层分流燃烧室的合理匹配可有效地改善柴油机的燃油经济性和排放性能。
In order to further improve the combustion performance of direct injection diesel engine with spray-bifurcation combustion chamber, an experimental study is conducted on the matching between injection pa- rameters ( the pressures and advanced angles of fuel injection and nozzle tip protrusions etc. ) and spray-bifurcation combustion chamber. The results show that proper matching between injection parameters and spray-bifurcation combustion chamber can effectively improve the fuel economy and emission performance of diesel engine.
