摘要
为了对高标准基本农田整治进行科学合理的建设时序设计,需要构建综合评价体系和模型对基本农田进行量化分级.本研究以广东省湛江市遂溪县草潭镇为例,提出基于网格技术的区域高标准基本农田建设时序设计模型.该模型通过组合多项指标因子,构建多层次的综合评价体系,获得由整治难度系数、整治需求系数、整治潜力系数加权组合的高标准基本农田建设时序设计综合评价系数.通过对网格评价单元的综合评价值进行分级,确定近期、中期、远期高标准基本农田建设时序区域单元.对比其它研究方法和遥感影像判读结果,验证了模型的合理性和适用性.本模型可以为高标准基本农田整治规划提供空间辅助决策支持.
An aggregative evaluation system and model needs be generated to design time sequence of high - standard prime farmland construction at local scale. A model is thus developed in this paper based on grid technology in a case study of Caotan town of Suixi county, Guangdong province. In the model, a multi - level aggregarive evaluation system is adopted,which includes four levels of factor:index layer,ingredient layer, middle layer, and target layer. The evaluation coefficients for time sequence design are obtained thereafter. According to the aggregative evaluation coefficient values,the study area is classified into three time sequences:short term, medium term, and long term. The model is validated by high - resolution remote sensing images and comparison with other methods in the same case study area. The model may provide spatial design - making support for the planning of high -standard prime farmland consolidation.
