摘要
针对状态监测过程中通过较高采样率采集的机械声振信号数据量大、处理易造成内存溢出、远程协助诊断难以实施等突出性问题,基于Lab VIEW平台设计开发了一种能够有效处理较大数据量机械设备状态信号的长数据记录管理系统.详细介绍了该系统的设计思路,并对呈现数据压缩、异步加载、远程数据传输等关键技术逐一进行细致阐述.最终配合采集仪器,通过长数据分析处理过程验证了该系统的有效性和可靠性.
For the outstanding problems of mechanical sound and vibration signals caused by high sampling rates such as large amount of data, memory overflow and difficulty in implementing remote diagnose, a long data man- agement system which may deal with large amount of equipment status signal is designed and developed based on LabVIEW platform. The system design concept and concrete implementation of the key technologies such as data compression, asynchronous loading and remote data transmission are all introduced in detail. Finally, large data processing shows the effectiveness of this system.
