摘要 肾癌起源于肾小管上皮细胞,是泌尿系统常见的三大恶性肿瘤之一,发病率正以每年约2.5%的速度上升.其中肾透明细胞癌约占肾癌的70%,新近的研究发现抑癌基因VHL的突变,以及突变后下游HIF、VEGF的改变和肾透明细胞癌的发生发展有密切的关系.通过调控VHLHIF信号通路可为肾癌靶向治疗寻找新的靶点. Kidney cancer is a common cancer of the urinary system, whose incidence and mortality have increased year by year. The renal cell carcinoma accounts for 70% of renal cell carcinoma. It is found through the study that the mutation of the tumor suppressor gene VHL, and the subsequent mutations of downstream signal targeting HIF and VEGF have a close relationship with renal cell carcinoma. Regulating VHL - HIF signaling pathway can be helpful to find new targets for kidney cancer targeted therapy.
