摘要
就遵义地区铜锣井高铁菱锰矿浸出液,采用几种不同的阳离子进行黄铁矾法除铁实验研究。热力学分析表明,升高温度及降低酸度均有利于除铁反应的进行。实验结果表明,最终的除铁产物为几种阳离子所对应的黄铁矾,且黄钙铁矾的除铁效果最好,常压下渣液分离速度最快。
This paper studies ihleite method with several different cations for iron removal from highspeed rhodochrosite leach liquor of Zunyi region causeway well manganese. Thermodynamic analysis shows that the higher temperature and lower acidity accelerate iron removal reaction. The experimental results show that the ultimate iron products are several cationic corresponding ihleite, and the effect of iron removal with calcium jarosite is the best, the separation of slag and liquid is the fastest at the normal pressure.
