通过1个典型的碳钢材质杀菌锅腐蚀失效案例,分析失效的原因。结果表明,杀菌锅腐蚀失效的原因是食品推车的循环撞击。提出制造改进工艺,为杀菌锅使用单位预防事故发生提供借鉴。

Through a typical corrosion failure case of carbon steel sterilization pot, this paper analyzes the cause of failure. The results indicate the cause of corrosion failure of sterilization pot is the impact of circulating impinging. So manufacturing process improvements are proposed, and references are provided to prevent accident for company to use sterilization pot.
